Shipping Policy

We know you are anxious to get your new purchase, and we are busy preparing your order for shipment. Because of this, we are not able to make changes to orders that have been placed, that includes sizing changes, order cancellations, etc.

You should expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days, unless noted otherwise (pre-ordered items will have a estimated shipping date within the title of the product and on your confirmation page). If you have paid for 'Rush Shipping', it means that our warehouse will process your order as their first priority (within 1-2 business days, instead of the standard 3-5 days). It will then be shipped via our regular carrier.

If you are interested in overnight shipping, please email us at info@piperandscoot.com and we can give you your options.

Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to its destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. Piper & Scoot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been delivered. 

International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
