Due to the wide variety of designers and brands that Piper & Scoot carries, we are not able to offer a specific sizing guide for each item. However, we will note if an item does tend to run a little large or small in the description in an effort to help get you the correct size!
We are just as excited as you are to get these clothes into your hands. We strive to ship orders out in a timely manner. Your order will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days.
Once you receive an email confirming your package has been shipped, please be advised it is your responsibility to use the provided tracking number to track your package. Any disputes should be taken up with the carrier BEFORE you contact Piper & Scoot. We will do our best to help you if there is anything that has gone wrong.
You have 14 DAYS from the day your order is delivered to you (according to the tracking number) to send unworn merchandise back for a refund. If you are shopping in our physical store, and not online, you have 14 days from the day you purchased your items. The 14 day policy is firm. No exceptions will be made.

PLEASE PRINT OUT THE FORM FOUND HERE AND INCLUDE IT IN YOUR PACKAGE.
Please include a copy of your receipt in the package, so that we can clearly identify the order that you would like refunded.
If you are local to Utah, you may drop off your return at our store as well.
Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear or use. If it is found to be in returnable condition, we will refund your method of payment. If it is not in returnable condition or it is received after the 14 day policy, items will be returned to sender after which there will be no refund issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
SHOE RETURNS: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for a return and will be marked "return to sender". Shipping costs will not be refunded.
SWIM RETURNS: All swim returns must be in original condition. Tags must be attached and all liners must still be in place for it to be in returnable condition. All swimwear will be extensively inspected for any sign of prolonged wear. If found, the item will not be considered returnable and will be sent back to customer.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received.
We are not responsible for any lost returned packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance.
