How do I make an exchange?

Due to our high turn over rate, the best way to go about an exchange is to purchase the item you are wanting and then return the unwanted item for a full refund. Placing a new order for the desired item ensures that we do not sell out of that item before we receive your return. Then simply send back the other item for a refund as long as it fits the criteria of the return policy above.
 

When will my order ship?

We will do our best to have your order ship from our warehouse as fast as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days after placing your order for it to be ready to be shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you purchased Rush Shipping, your order will be ready to ship out in 1-2 business days.
 

My tracking number is not working, am I crazy?

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the mail system to scan your package and update the tracking.
 

My tracking number says my order has been delivered but I can't find it. What do I do?

You need to call your local Post Office (not the 1-800 number) and they will be able to speak to the specific driver that dropped off the package. They will be able to tell you exactly where the package was left.
 

Can I cancel my order?

In an effort to ship orders as fast as possible, we are not able to cancel any orders. Once we receive an order, it is immediately handed over to our shipping team at which point we cannot retrieve it to cancel.
 

How do I make a change to my order?

Do you have a size guide?

Due to the wide variety of designers and brands that Piper & Scoot carries, we are not able to offer a specific sizing guide for each item. However, we will note if an item does tend to run a little large or small in the description in an effort to help get you the correct size!

My size is sold out, will you be restocking?

We will do everything we can to restock our most popular items and sizes that sell out fast. However, we are not able to restock everything on our website. If there is still a possibility of restocking the item, there will be an 'Email me when available' option below the 'Add To Cart' button on individual product pages. Please leave your email for your desired size and you will automatically receive an email notification if we are able to restock that specific size or item.

Why do I have to pay to pick up my package?

When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
